Marathi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Gujarati- Telecaller

The candidate needs to take customer’s interview 

(feedback) in the performance of their job duties such as taking their 

feedback regarding the services they received. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

 Communication with Customers 

 Take their Interviews in a formal manner 

 Handle outbound calls 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

 Excellent verbal and reading communication skills in regional language.

 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 

 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

 Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet 

deadlines. 

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

 Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. 

 Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful 

environment.

Physical Requirements: 

 Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

 Able to manage 6 working days in a week. 

 Timings- 9:30AM to 6:30PM.
