Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in both online and offline sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and promoting home décor products through digital and field marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Sales & Marketing:

- Manage and respond to inquiries from website, social media platforms, marketplaces, WhatsApp, and email

- Generate leads through online channels and ensure timely follow-ups

- Coordinate with design and content teams for digital campaigns and promotions

- Maintain and update customer databases and track lead conversion

Offline Sales & Marketing:

- Develop business by visiting architects, retailers, and dealers

- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events

- Handle walk-in customers at the showroom/office and convert inquiries into sales

- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

Key Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in home décor, interior, or related industry)

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle both fieldwork and digital sales activities

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and online marketing tools

- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in B2B and B2C sales

- Knowledge of interior design or home décor products

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
