Marketing Communication & Design Executive

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented female professional to manage digital design activities, catalogue creation, proposal drafting, and website maintenance. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in Canva and content formatting while ensuring timely management of official website and digital platforms. SEO will be a minimal part of this role.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign visually attractive catalogues, brochures, marketing creatives, banners, and motion graphics using Canva (expert level required).
• Draft business proposals, presentations, and company documents in a professional format.
• Manage official website content, updates, and basic structural improvements.
• Handle domain management, including configuration, renewals, and website uptime coordination.
• Create and manage official email IDs for internal teams.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print communication.
• Collaborate with teams to gather inputs and convert them into high-quality marketing material.
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and timely version control of files.
• Provide basic support for SEO activities as per requirement (minimal).
• Required Skills & QualificationsExpert proficiency in Canva — ability to independently design marketing material.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are mandatory.
• Basic understanding of website CMS, hosting, domain & mail server functions.
• Excellent English writing & communication skills for professional drafting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in digital content creation, proposals, or website handling preferred.
