Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to handle marketing and sales of apartments along with leasing of small commercial spaces (shops/offices). The role focuses on generating leads, handling inquiries, and converting them into bookings through effective digital marketing and direct sales efforts.

• Promote and sell apartments
• Handle leasing of small commercial units (shops, offices, etc.)
• Generate leads through digital platforms like social media, Google Ads, and property listing sites
• Post and manage property listings on platforms like MagicBricks, 99acres, etc.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, and schedule site visits
• Conduct site visits and explain property features to potential buyers/tenants
• Coordinate directly with property owners/builders
• Maintain daily records of leads, calls, and site visits
• Assist in creating basic marketing content (ads, posts, WhatsApp creatives)

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales (apartments or small commercial spaces)
• Proficiency in digital marketing (Facebook/Instagram ads, Google Ads basics)
• Familiarity with property listing websites (MagicBricks, 99acres, OLX, etc.)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle clients independently
• Comfortable working with sales targets
• Preferred Experience in local property sales or brokerage
• Knowledge of the local area and pricing trends
• Basic understanding of CRM or lead tracking tools
