Marketing Executive

P&S Innovation, a professionally managed industrial automation company based in Noida 63, is hiring for Marketing Executives for Delhi NCR to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

• We deal in globally recognized brands like Belden, Delta Electronics, Phoenix Contact, Omron, and Yaskawa, offering products such as Industrial Cables, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, Servo Drives & Motors, Sensors, SMPS, Relays, Ethernet Switches, Gateways, Machine Vision Systems, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• The candidate will be responsible for 10-12 daily field visits to factories and industrial clients, generating new leads, identifying customer requirements, giving product presentations, coordinating with internal sales/technical teams for quotations and order processing, building long-term customer relationships, conducting competitor analysis, participating in exhibitions and promotional activities, and submitting daily visit and sales reports to management.
• Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently in the field; a Bachelor’s degree (diploma preferred) and prior experience in industrial sales/marketing will be an advantage, while freshers with strong technical knowledge and passion for marketing can also apply.
• Must own a bike/car with valid driving license and be ready for regular travel across Delhi NCR. We offer fixed salary plus attractive monthly incentives, Travel Allowance (TA), Health Insurance, career growth opportunities, and on-the-job product training.
