Location: Noida, Sector 63

Experience: 0-6 months in Business Development or Sales within any industry (Services industry experience is a plus)

Stipend: 9,000 – 15,000 (During Internship & Training)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Business Development Intern to assist in generating new business opportunities

for our services. You will be involved in all stages of the sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals. This internship will give

you hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and communication techniques. Strong communication skills and the desire to

learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn & assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities using online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr,

Freelancer, social media, and cold outreach (calls, emails, etc.).

• Learn & conduct basic research on the business landscape, competitors, and potential client needs.

• Learn & Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.

• Help pitch services effectively, learning how to communicate our offerings and value proposition.

• Learn & assist in drafting and customizing proposals, quotations, SOW, and presentations for potential clients.

• Follow up with leads to keep them engaged and move them forward in the sales process.

• Learn & Support in maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Assist in negotiating terms and pricing under supervision.

• Learn & help close deals by aligning client needs with company offerings.

• Learn & Track leads, client interactions, and updates using a CRM or other database.

• Learn & Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.

• Address post-sale client queries and ensure satisfaction under the guidance of the BD Manager.

• Work towards contributing to team sales and revenue goals.

• Learn and stay updated on market trends and new service offerings.

• Learn & collaborate with the Business Development team to improve sales strategies and processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong interest in sales, business development, and learning new techniques.

• Basic knowledge of sales concepts, such as cold calling, pitching, and lead generation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and prospects.

• Strong organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.

• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail when preparing proposals and tracking client interactions.

Good to Have Skills (Optional):

• Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer.

• Basic understanding of industries like Advertising, Digital Marketing, or IT Services.

• Experience or familiarity with freelancing platforms from any industry.

• Exposure to CRM tools or project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

• Knowledge of content creation or design services is a plus.

• Experience working in startups or SMEs with a focus on growth.

• Good presentation skills for delivering pitches and proposals.

• Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Navigator) is a bonus.
