Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Visitor Promotion & Audience Acquisition (Primary KPI)

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive registration and footfall for upcoming expos (Noida & Hyderabad editions).
  • Target specific buyer personas: Distributors, Dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and OEMs.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns: Email Marketing, WhatsApp Automation, SMS, and Tele-calling scripts.

2. Digital Marketing & Content Strategy

  • Lead the social media strategy (primarily LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), creating high-engagement content to build industry buzz.
  • Manage paid performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to generate exhibitor leads and visitor registrations.
  • Draft compelling copy for brochures, sales decks, press releases, and newsletters.

3. Database Management

  • Oversee the segmentation and cleaning of our visitor/exhibitor database to ensure high email deliverability and targeted messaging.
  • Mine data to identify new potential visitor segments in the Fan, Lighting, and Education sectors.

4. Strategic Partnerships & PR

  • Negotiate and manage barter deals with Media Partners, Trade Magazines, and Industry Associations (e.g., IFMA, construction bodies).
  • Coordinate with PR agencies for pre-event and post-event coverage.

5. On-Site Branding & Experience

  • Plan and execute on-site branding (registration counters, directional signage, selfie points, sponsor deliverables).
  • Ensure a seamless visitor registration experience (online & offline).
  • Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 4–7 years in B2B Marketing, Event Marketing, or Trade Fairs.
  • Core Skill: Proven track record of driving B2B footfall/registrations for events.
  • Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp/Zoho), CRM, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Communication: Excellent copywriting skills in English (for emails, posts, and press notes).
  • Industry Insight: Understanding of the Dealer/Distributor network in electrical or building material industries is a huge plus.
  • Education: MBA in Marketing or equivalent degree.
