Role Overview. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across platforms. This role requires someone who can build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads through impactful digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Simple Mudra’s brand and business goals.

• Manage day-to-day handling of all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Create, curate, and oversee engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos).
• Track performance through analytics and insights; optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Run paid social campaigns to drive leads and reach new audiences.
• Monitor industry trends and fintech-related news for timely engagement.
• Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
• Respond to customer queries and maintain brand reputation across channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media, and online communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or startups.
• Strong skills in content strategy, copywriting, and digital storytelling.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid ad campaigns is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English preferred).
