Marketing Manager / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans for product promotions, seasonal offers, and store events.
• Coordinate with external vendors for print, outdoor, and local media advertising.
• Manage local showroom marketing activities like hoardings, pamphlets, and vehicle branding.
• Assist in planning digital campaigns in collaboration with the social media team.
• Track daily customer footfall and collect feedback for analysis.
• Build relationships with wedding planners, community leaders, and influencers to boost referrals.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Ensure brand visibility through offline materials (banners, standees, invites, etc.).
• Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in jewellery, fashion, retail, or FMCG industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends and local customer behavior.
• Ability to multitask and handle showroom-level promotions independently.
• Willingness to travel locally for field marketing and vendor coordination.
