Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our matrimonial services
• Follow up with leads generated through our website, advertisements, and referrals
• Explain service packages, features, and benefits to potential customers
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about membership plans
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coordinate with the operations team for profile creation and documentation
• Conduct feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Required QualificationsFemale candidates only (as per job requirements)
• Age: 21-55 years
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi
• Confident, patient, and persuasive personality
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
