Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the end-to-end MDM solution design using Informatica / Talend / Semarchy xDM
2. Define enterprise-wide matching strategies, survivorship rules, and golden record policies
3. Establish standards for duplicate management, merge/unmerge, and data governance
4. Lead configuration of complex business rules, validation frameworks, and workflows
5. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams
6. Act as primary technical liaison for clients and support RFP / solution design activities
7. Ensure MDM solution aligns with data quality, security, and compliance requirements

 

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Qualifications

Primary Skill: Master Data Management (Semarchy xDM / Informatica MDM / Talend MDM)

Core Concepts Covered:

1. Rule configuration
2. Matching process
3. Survivorship
4. Golden record creation
5. Duplicate detection and management
6. Merge and unmerge processes

 

Required Skills

1. Extensive hands-on expertise in Semarchy xDM / Informatica MDM / Talend MDM
2. Strong command of MDM architecture, matching frameworks, and survivorship models
3. Proven leadership in enterprise-scale MDM implementations
4. Excellent stakeholder and delivery management skills
