Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Representative to promote and sell our healthcare products, build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, medical product knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products (ICU beds, oxygen concentrators, medical equipment, and other healthcare solutions).
• Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors to generate leads and close sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely reporting of daily calls, customer visits, and sales activities.
• Support after-sales service coordination with the operations team.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the brand effectively in the NCR region.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (preferred).
• Basic understanding of medical/healthcare products and terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-driven personality.
• Ability to travel across Delhi NCR as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
