Job description:

• Procurement of Raw Material: Efficiently manage the procurement process for all raw materials required in the manufacturing of uniforms, ensuring quality standards are met and costs are optimized.
• Labor Management: Lead, motivate, and manage labor forces effectively to ensure productivity and adherence to production schedules. Address labor concerns, allocate tasks based on skills, and implement labor-saving techniques.
• Production Oversight: Ensure that production activities are executed on time and to the desired quality standards. Monitor production processes, make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Experience in Stitching: Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in stitching and garment manufacturing to oversee production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the highest quality of finished products.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all operational processes, including procurement, production schedules, labor records, and compliance documents. Ensure accuracy and accessibility of records.
• Stock Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of stock levels for raw materials and finished products. Implement inventory management practices to ensure availability of materials and minimize overstock.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
