Job Description: Fashion Merchandiser

Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Garment Export Industry)

Salary: As per experience & market standards

• Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end merchandising activities from sampling to shipment for Knitwear and Woven wear styles
• Coordinate with buyers for order details, approvals, and timelines
• Follow up on samples, buyer comments, and revisions
• Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing, and T&A calendars
• Coordinate with production, sourcing, quality, and logistics teams for knit and woven garments
• Ensure timely procurement of fabrics, trims, and accessories for both categories
• Monitor production status and ensure on-time deliveries
• Handle documentation related to exports
• Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and buyer requirements
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma in Fashion Designing / Garment Technology (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of knitwear and woven garment construction and fabrics
• Good understanding of export merchandising processes
• Proficient in MS Excel & email communication
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
