Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs

Work with Firebase, AWS, Git/GitHub, and Relational Databases

Handle server-side operations, deployments, maintenance, and performance optimization

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, testers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products

Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Manage IP configurations and server setups as required

Monitor and maintain project health post-deployment

Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and development tools

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of MERN stack – MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

Proficient in API integrations and backend architecture

Hands-on experience with Firebase, AWS Services, Git, GitHub

Strong understanding of relational databases

Good understanding of network protocols, IP, and server management

Knowledge of project deployment & maintenance practices

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in full-stack development

Strong foundational knowledge of software development principles

Willingness to learn and upgrade the tech stack continuously

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
