We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Platforms platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience generating leads and sales with measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop audience targeting strategies.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives and copy.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Optimize campaigns to improve conversions and reduce cost.
• Install and manage Meta Pixel & Conversion tracking.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with Meta advertising policies and trends.
• Proven experience running successful Meta ad campaigns.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and retargeting.
• Experience with budget management and scaling campaigns.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Basic knowledge of landing page optimization.
