MIS Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data systems and reporting for the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases, generating accurate and timely reports, and supporting management with actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data from various departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management using Google Sheets.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor data quality and ensure consistency across different systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot internal databases and reporting systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel & Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in an MIS or reporting role.
