Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and versatile designer who can bring static designs to life! As a Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer at VRD Creative, you’ll be responsible for creating eye-catching visuals and dynamic motion content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, websites, and brand communication.

You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, and content teams to produce designs that not only look great but also communicate messages effectively and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging static designs for social media, ads, web banners, and other digital marketing assets.

• Design and animate motion graphics for social media videos, brand explainers, product promos, and reels.

• Develop storyboards and design concepts that align with client objectives and campaign strategies.

• Collaborate with content strategists, copywriters, and marketing managers to maintain brand consistency.

• Edit and enhance videos using text animations, transitions, and graphic overlays.

• Stay updated on current design trends, social media formats, and motion design techniques.

• Optimize designs for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Motion Graphics Designer (agency experience preferred).

Strong proficiency in:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• (Bonus) Figma, Canva, or Blender

• Good sense of composition, color, typography, and storytelling.

• Ability to create both static and animated content tailored to marketing goals.

• Understanding of digital marketing visuals, social media engagement, and visual branding.

• Attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
