Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit raw video footage and assemble it into compelling stories, aligning with project goals and brand identity. This includes refining pacing, ensuring high-quality audio, and performing color grading.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and animate motion graphics for intros, transitions, titles, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including static images, infographics, and other design elements that support our video content.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts and ensure consistency with our brand messaging and visual identity.
• Trends & Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design, bringing fresh ideas and techniques to our projects.

Education/Skill Requirements:

• Preferably have a Degree & Diploma in PGDM/Mass Communication Degree/Diploma or any Bachelor from a Government-recognized institution.
• A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong knowledge of video production workflows, visual storytelling, and design principles.
• Excellent creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
