Job Description

1. Design and develop APIs and integrations using Mule 4 / Mule ESB
2. Build System, Process, and Experience APIs following API-led connectivity
3. Develop REST/SOAP APIs using RAML/OpenAPI
4. Implement data transformation using DataWeave (DW 2.0)

Platform & Runtime

1. Deploy and manage applications on:
2. CloudHub / CloudHub 2.0
3. Runtime Fabric (RTF) (preferred)
4. Configure Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Exchange, and Runtime Manager

Integration Patterns

1. Implement:
2. Synchronous & asynchronous integrations
3. Event-driven architecture (Platform Events, queues)
4. Batch processing
5. Handle retries, error handling, and fault tolerance

Security & Governance

1. Implement:
2. OAuth 2.0, JWT, Basic Auth, Client ID enforcement
3. API policies (rate limiting, throttling, IP whitelisting)
4. Follow enterprise security and compliance standards

Monitoring & Support

1. Monitor APIs using Anypoint Monitoring
2. Troubleshoot production issues
3. Perform performance tuning and optimization

Collaboration

1. Work with:
2. Salesforce developers
3. ERP teams
4. Business analysts and architects
5. Participate in design reviews and sprint planning

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills (Must Have)

1. 3+ years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
2. Strong hands-on experience with Mule 4
3. Expertise in DataWeave 2.0
4. Experience with REST/SOAP web services
5. Knowledge of API-led architecture
6. Strong understanding of HTTP, JSON, XML

Integration Experience

1. Salesforce integrations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce)
2. ERP integrations (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite)
3. Database connectivity (SQL, JDBC)

 

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
