Multi Lingual Telesales Executive

we require the hiring of 1 Multilingual Telesales Executive.

The candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, along with more South Indian languages such as Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam, to effectively handle regional leads and improve conversions.

Below are the proposed KRA & KPI for the role:

• Lead calling on assigned data and conversion into appointments / bookings
• Achieving assigned sales targets
• Upselling and cross-selling of health packages
• Proper explanation of packages to customers
• Handling objections and follow-ups effectively
• Payment coordination
• Daily updating of CRM / calling sheets with accurate customer details and remarks
• Next-day booking confirmation
