Job Title: NPD Head (New Product Development)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented NPD Head to lead product innovation and development in the plastic and rubber manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle—from concept to production—while ensuring high quality, cost efficiency, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) projects
• Oversee product design, development, prototyping, and trial processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and tooling
• Work extensively on injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes
• Drive product optimization initiatives focusing on quality improvement and cost reduction
• Interpret and execute customer requirements and technical specifications
• Ensure smooth execution of new projects with on-time delivery
• Identify and resolve technical challenges during development and production stages

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• Experience Required
• 8–10 years of experience in the plastic and/or rubber manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience in injection molding, extrusion, or tooling
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle
