Job Description

  • Administrative ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office administration and facility operations
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
  • Handle vendor management, service contracts, and maintenance schedules
  • Manage office documentation, records, and filing systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and office events
  • Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies
  • Support HR and management in administrative tasks
  • IT & Technical ResponsibilitiesMaintain office IT infrastructure including computers, printers, internet, and networking equipment
  • Provide first-level technical support to employees
  • Install and configure software, hardware, and operating systems
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors for troubleshooting and repairs
  • Monitor data security, backups, and system updates
  • Manage email accounts and basic server/network administration
  • Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and IT resource availability
