Job Description
- Administrative ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office administration and facility operations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
- Handle vendor management, service contracts, and maintenance schedules
- Manage office documentation, records, and filing systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and office events
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies
- Support HR and management in administrative tasks
- IT & Technical ResponsibilitiesMaintain office IT infrastructure including computers, printers, internet, and networking equipment
- Provide first-level technical support to employees
- Install and configure software, hardware, and operating systems
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for troubleshooting and repairs
- Monitor data security, backups, and system updates
- Manage email accounts and basic server/network administration
- Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and IT resource availability
