Job Description
CMSAE is hiring an Office Administration & Front Desk Executive for a BPO office in Noida. The role includes front desk management, office administration, inventory handling, visitor coordination, vendor management, and building maintenance coordination.
Key Responsibilities (Keywords Optimized)
- Front desk handling, visitor management, visitor log maintenance
- Reception duties, incoming calls, emails, courier handling
- Office administration, file management, record keeping
- HR support, interview coordination, onboarding assistance
- Inventory management – stationery, pantry, IT assets, office supplies
- Vendor coordination – housekeeping, security, repairs, maintenance
- Building coordination – AC, electrical, plumbing, internet, furniture
- Maintenance complaint tracking and follow-up
- Office cleanliness, facility management, office readiness
- Meeting room setup and basic logistics support
- Confidential handling of office and employee information
Skills Required (Search-Friendly)
- MS Word, MS Excel, Email handling
- Laptop / desktop operating skills
- Office administration knowledge
- Inventory tracking and registers
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- English and Hindi communication

Qualification & Experience
