Job Description

CMSAE is hiring an Office Administration & Front Desk Executive for a BPO office in Noida. The role includes front desk management, office administration, inventory handling, visitor coordination, vendor management, and building maintenance coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities (Keywords Optimized)

  • Front desk handling, visitor management, visitor log maintenance
  • Reception duties, incoming calls, emails, courier handling
  • Office administration, file management, record keeping
  • HR support, interview coordination, onboarding assistance
  • Inventory management – stationery, pantry, IT assets, office supplies
  • Vendor coordination – housekeeping, security, repairs, maintenance
  • Building coordination – AC, electrical, plumbing, internet, furniture
  • Maintenance complaint tracking and follow-up
  • Office cleanliness, facility management, office readiness
  • Meeting room setup and basic logistics support
  • Confidential handling of office and employee information
