Job Description

Urbankriti is looking for a dedicated Office & Accounts Executive to lead our studio’s financial and administrative operations. This is a critical role responsible for managing the complete accounting cycle, tax compliance, and day-to-day office management for our multidisciplinary design firm.



💼 ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Position: Office & Accounts Executive
  • Experience: 2–3 years (Specifically in Accounts & Admin)
  • Type: Full-Time (On-site)
  • Scope: End-to-end financial management, GST, Salary, and Studio Administration.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Comprehensive Accounts & Finance:

  • Billing & Invoicing: Manage all client billing, tracking project-wise payments, and aging reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Handle GST filings, TDS, and coordination with the firm’s CA for audits and returns.
  • Payroll Management: Processing monthly salaries, managing attendance, and reimbursement claims.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate ledgers, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.

2. Office Administration & Reception:

  • Front Office: Managing the reception, handling professional correspondence, and welcoming clients/visitors.
  • Operations: Managing office utilities, vendor contracts, and stationary/pantry procurement.
  • Documentation: Maintaining organized physical and digital records for all financial and legal documents.

3. Coordination:

  • Acting as a bridge between the design team and external vendors/clients for financial queries.
  • Managing the principal architect's schedule and administrative logistics.

✅ WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: 2–3 years of core experience in managing accounts and GST for a small-to-medium business (Architecture/Interior design firm experience is a plus).
  • Education: B.Com or M.Com (highly preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks and high proficiency in Advanced Excel.
  • Attributes: Attention to detail, high integrity, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
