Operation Executive

A Sales Operations Executive manages, maintains, and optimizes the internal sales processes, CRM data , and reporting to boost team productivity. They analyze sales data, manage sales forecasting, and align sales efforts with company goals to increase revenue. Key duties include enhancing workflows, providing administrative support to sales reps, and ensuring compliance. 

Key Responsibilities

• CRM & Data Management: Maintain, configure, and optimize CRM software to ensure data accuracy.
• Sales Reporting & Analytics: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights through regular reports to management.
• Process Optimization: Streamline sales workflows to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks in the sales cycle.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate sales team performance.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, proposals, and tools.
• Forecasting & Strategy: Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and support strategic initiatives.
