Job Summary

The Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow, coordination between departments, and maintaining efficiency in business processes. The role focuses on improving productivity, meeting organizational goals, and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Quality, HR, and Accounts.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain operational reports, documentation, and records.
• Handle client coordination and follow-ups when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Identify operational issues and suggest process improvements.
• Support management in planning and execution of operational strategies.
• Track performance metrics and prepare MIS reports.
