Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to collect required information and documents as per defined checklists and timelines.

• Assist in preparation, processing, and submission of applications under bank loans, and funding programs.

• Support preparation and compilation of professional documentation including Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and related annexures.

• Upload documents on relevant bank, government, and institutional portals and track application status.

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects in line with internal SOPs and process guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation with strict confidentiality and data security.

• Ensure timely task completion with due diligence, accuracy, and professional conduct.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in FinTech, NBFCs, Banks, Financial Institutions, or Consulting firms preferred.

• Familiarity with government schemes, loan documentation, and financial processes is an advantage.

• Strong coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Office and online application portal
