Operation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities, ensure smooth coordination between teams, and support business processes for timely and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Field Team, Customer Support) for task execution
• Maintain and update operational data, reports, and records
• Monitor service delivery and resolve operational issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Manage vendor coordination, onboarding, and documentation (if applicable)
• Track performance metrics and prepare MIS reports
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
• Handle customer or partner escalations related to operations
• Assist management with operational planning and execution

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
• MBA or relevant experience will be an added advantage
• Experience0–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
• Freshers with strong analytical and coordination skills may also apply

Working Hours

09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (6 days working, as per company policy)
