Role SummaryThe Operations Executive will handle day-to-day operations including e-commerce order processing, coordination with field teams, and service delivery to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and track orders from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
• Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and installation/service schedules
• Assign and track field staff tasks and job closures
• Maintain MIS, inventory, and operational reports
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and support teams
• Handle customer coordination for delivery and service updates
• Ensure SOP and quality compliance
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline
• 1–5 years experience in operations or e-commerce/service coordination
• Working knowledge of Excel and order management systems
• Good communication and follow-up skills
