Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Operations Executive to support our day-to-day business activities. As we are a growing team, this role requires someone who is flexible, organized, and willing to take ownership of multiple operational responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic computer operations (MS Word, Excel, emails, data entry)
  • Preparing invoices and billing
  • Taking printouts and maintaining documentation
  • Coordinating with customers via phone/WhatsApp/email
  • Assisting in order processing and dispatch coordination
  • Maintaining records of orders, payments, and inventory
  • Supporting day-to-day office administrative tasks
  • Helping team members in operational work as required
  • Managing small but important coordination tasks in a growing team environment



Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Responsible and team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow
