Job Description:

Akasa Finance Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, strong Excel knowledge, and basic experience in operations, preferably in a finance or lending environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operational and back-office activities efficiently.
• Perform data entry with high accuracy and speed.
• Maintain and update records, MIS reports, and databases using MS Excel.
• Verify and process customer and internal documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support operations related to finance, lending, or documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an operations or backend role.
• Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data handling).
• Basic understanding of operational processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in NBFC, finance, or lending industry is an added advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and process-driven approach.
