We are looking for an Operations Executive who can manage day-to-day workforce operations, coordinate with clients and workers, ensure smooth shift allocation, and support payroll & compliance activities.

What will you do? 

● Responsible for managing day to day shifts, quality and engagement activities of upto 100 blue collar workers in the assigned region/city/business 

● Ensure proactive and timely redressal of issues during onboarding, fulfillment and support of the workers 

● Build long term relations and manage expectations of the workers for smooth day to day operations 

● Comply with SOPs of the organization to ensure business/client requirements are religiously fulfilled
