Operation Manager

Arunasun Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to manage day-to-day loan operations, file logins, and smooth processing of work files. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely coordination between sales, banks, and internal teams.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor loan file logins (Business Loan / Personal Loan / OD, etc.)
• Ensure all documents are accurate and complete before login
• Track and manage work-in-process (WIP) files
• Coordinate with sales team, banks, and credit teams for smooth processing
• Follow up on sanctions, disbursals, and pending cases
• Maintain daily MIS and reporting to management
• Ensure adherence to company policies and timelines
• Resolve operational issues and provide support to team members
• Strong knowledge of loan operations and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple files
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
