Operation Manager

Job Summary

Laundrywala is looking for an Operations Manager to support business expansion by handling new store setup, property coordination, and launch execution. The role involves working closely with landlords, brokers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and smooth opening of new Laundrywala locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suitable commercial properties for new Laundrywala stores
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and franchise partners
• Support lease discussions, site feasibility checks, and basic documentation
• Manage end-to-end store setup including interiors, machines, utilities, and branding
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment, interiors, electrical, plumbing, and signage
• Ensure store setup follows company layout and brand standards
• Track setup timelines and ensure on-time store launch
• Support franchise onboarding during setup and pre-launch phase
• Travel to sites for inspections, setup supervision, and launch support
• Share regular progress updates with management

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in operations, retail setup, project coordination, or similar role
• Freshers with strong coordination and execution skills may also apply
• Basic understanding of commercial properties and store setup preferred
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Willingness to travel when required
• Good communication and follow-up skills
