Job Description

Designation: Operation Manager

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 3yrs +

Salary Range- 30,000-50,000 pm.

Location: Noida


Key Responsibilities:

1. Office & Team Management

  • Supervise daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage and train staff members (admin, sales, maintenance, housekeeping, etc.).
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity across all departments.
  • Handle scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.

2. Property Management

  • Oversee property listings, agreements, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and vendors for property-related issues.
  • Ensure timely rent collection, renewals, and documentation.
  • Maintain records of all rental properties, payments, and client details.

3. Client Relations

  • Address tenant and owner concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a positive client experience from onboarding to exit.
  • Manage lease renewals, complaints, and feedback effectively.

4. Operations & Process Management

  • Implement and improve operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain company databases and ensure all documentation is accurate.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards (agreements, taxes, etc.).

5. Vendor & Maintenance Coordination

  • Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, security, repair, etc.).
  • Ensure timely property repairs and maintenance.
  • Approve quotations and invoices from vendors.

6. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare operational reports and performance summaries.
  • Update management on property status, revenue, and client satisfaction.
  • Handle office administration – bills, supplies, documentation, and logistics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Management).
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, property management, or administration.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
