Operation/Sales Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day backend operations, handle client queries, and ensure smooth execution of business processes. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating across teams, managing portals, and maintaining operational efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily backend operations and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Manage and resolve client queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Login and process business through various portals (Insurance / Mutual Fund / other platforms)
• Maintain and update client databases and records
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth workflow
• Track transactions, applications, and follow-ups to closure
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance requirements
• Generate basic reports and MIS for management review
• Handle office administrative tasks and support daily operations
