Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day factory operations. The role focuses on raw material stock management and resolving daily production issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflow.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and monitor raw material stock (fabric, trims, accessories, etc.)
• Ensure timely availability of materials for production
• Coordinate with store, cutting, and production teams
• Identify and solve day-to-day production problems quickly
• Track material usage and minimize wastage
• Update daily stock and production reports
• Support production planning and execution
• Ensure smooth operations on the factory floor
• Skills & RequirementsBasic understanding of garment/manufacturing operations
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Excel or stock management systems
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
