Role Overview:

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and detail-oriented Operations Executive who can manage backend tasks, customer coordination, and hospital tie-ups. This role is critical to the smooth functioning of daily operations and will require strong communication skills, internet research abilities, and proactive task management.


Key Responsibilities:

Hospital Tie-ups:

Identify and approach hospitals for potential partnerships; coordinate meetings and maintain communications.


Customer Verification & Onboarding:

Verify customer details through calls or other channels and explain the plan features clearly in Hindi and English.


Helpline & Query Handling:

Respond to customer inquiries via helpline, providing accurate and timely support.


Backend Operations:

Maintain internal data, trackers, follow-up sheets, and ensure all operational tasks are updated.



Candidate Requirements:


Education: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)


Experience: Minimum 1 year in operations or customer service preferred


Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi


Skills Required:


Communication: Clear, polite, and persuasive communication skills


Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable dealing with hospitals, vendors, and customers


Problem Solving: Ability to handle issues and queries with a calm and solution-focused approach


Tech Skills: Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, basic data handling, and internet research


Business Communication: Capable of writing formal emails and handling B2B interactions professionally


Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adjust to a fast-paced environment
