Operations Manager

Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations across all existing and upcoming production units from the head office. This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, reporting expertise, and the ability to ensure consistent quality, cost control, and service excellence across all sites.

The candidate will work closely with site managers, kitchen heads, procurement teams, HR, accounts, and directly assist the Owner in operational decision-making and expansion planning.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Site Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of all production kitchens across 3+ locations

Monitor meal production volumes, quality standards, and service timelines

Ensure uniform SOP implementation across sites

Review daily operational reports, consumption reports, and variance analysis

Coordinate between units to resolve operational challenges in real time

WIP (Work-in-Progress) & Expansion Oversight

Monitor upcoming projects, new kitchen setups, and site expansions

Track progress of WIP units including staffing, vendor onboarding, equipment installation

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams

Ensure timely launch and smooth stabilization of new sites

Owner & Leadership Support

Assist the Owner in strategic planning and operational execution

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries

Conduct data analysis on food cost, manpower cost, wastage, and productivity

Participate in client meetings when required

Handle confidential operational and financial data

Process Optimization & Cost Control

Analyze food cost percentages and implement control mechanisms

Improve operational efficiencies across procurement and production

Monitor inventory management and wastage control systems

Ensure hygiene and compliance standards are consistently maintained

Team Coordination

Supervise site managers and central office coordinators

Conduct review meetings (virtual/physical) with all units

Develop performance benchmarks and KPIs

Ensure proper staffing and workforce planning across sites
