Wortham is a premium creative production and brand strategy agency. We handle high-ticket video production, social media retainers, and brand design for top-tier clients (from luxury jewelry to real estate).

We have the creative firepower. We have the clients. What we need is a Captain for the ship. We are looking for a fiercely organized, systems-obsessed Operations Manager to step in and act as the bridge between our CEO, our creative team, and our clients. You will not be making the art; you will be making sure the art gets delivered on time, under budget, and without team burnout. If you love spreadsheets, bulletproof briefs, and holding people accountable, this is your dream job.

Your Core Responsibilities

1. The Ultimate Controller

• Transform vague client requests and chaotic WhatsApp messages into crystal-clear, actionable briefs for the design and editing teams.
• Enforce the rule: No brief, no execution. * Manage the daily project boards. You know exactly what every editor, designer, and account manager is working on at any given hour.

2. The Scope & Boundary Protector

• You are the shield between the client and the creative team. You will politely but firmly enforce our policies and track retainer limits.
• Identify scope creep instantly. When a client asks for extra work, you are the one who confidently says, "Absolutely, we can do that. I will send over the estimate for those additional work of scope."

3. Team Accountability & Delivery

• Conduct the morning 10-minute stand-up. Tell the team what is due today.
• Relentlessly chase internal deadlines. If a video is due at 5:00 PM, you are checking in at 3:00 PM to ensure the render is happening.
• Ensure all final deliverables meet Wortham’s premium quality standards before they ever reach the client's inbox.

4. Process Optimization

• Kill the internal WhatsApp chaos. Move 100% of internal workflow and client feedback into our centralized tracking systems.
• Help implement and manage our upcoming "Credit-Based" retainer system.

• Emotionally detached from the "Art": You don't want to be a director or a graphic designer. You are fiercely protective of the process and the profit margin.
• Hyper-Communicator: You write clear, concise emails. You leave zero room for confusion.
• Experienced: You have 2+ years of experience in project management, or operations within a creative agency, marketing firm, or production house.
