Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented Packing Executive to manage accurate and high-quality order packing for our e-commerce operations. The role is critical in ensuring that every product dispatched meets Elite Global’s standards of quality, safety, and presentation—especially for marketplaces like Amazon and other online platforms.

• Key Responsibilities
• Pick and pack orders as per daily e-commerce dispatch plans
• Ensure correct product, quantity, and variant as per order sheet
• Perform quality checks before packing (damage, defects, completeness)
• Pack products according to brand and marketplace guidelines (Amazon-compliant)
• Apply barcodes, labels, invoices, and shipping tags accurately
• Maintain clean and organized packing area
• Coordinate with inventory and operations team for stock updates
• Handle fragile and premium products with care
• Support in returns processing and re-packing if required
• Skills & Requirements :Basic understanding of e-commerce packing standards
• Ability to follow SOPs and instructions precisely
• Good attention to detail and speed with accuracy
• Physically fit to handle boxes and packages
• Basic reading and writing skills (English/Hindi)
• Prior experience in warehouse or e-commerce operations is a plus
