Position Overview:Spice Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Partner Relationship Manager (Zomato and Swiggy) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the point of contact for restaurant clients working with food delivery platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy. Your primary responsibility will be coordinating with the platforms’ Points of Contact (POCs) to apply discounts, initiate ad campaigns, and ensure that all promotional strategies are aligned with client objectives.

You will work closely with our clients to get necessary approvals before executing any changes to their promotions or advertisements. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A deep understanding of the food delivery space is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Coordination:
• Act as the main liaison between clients and the Zomato/Swiggy POCs, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth execution of promotional campaigns.
• Manage the process of applying discounts and initiating ads for restaurant clients listed on Zomato and Swiggy.
• Regularly monitor the performance of ongoing ads and discounts, working with the platforms to adjust as necessary.
• Client Approval Management:
• Collect, document, and track client approvals for any proposed discounts or advertisements.
• Ensure that all client communications are clear, and approvals are obtained before executing any changes.
• Provide clients with regular updates on the status of ongoing and upcoming promotions.
• Campaign Strategy Consultation:
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients on how to leverage discounts and ads effectively to boost their online presence and sales.
• Work closely with clients to develop tailored promotional strategies that align with their goals and target audience.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor and track the performance of discounts and ads through the Zomato/Swiggy platforms.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and share insights with clients and the internal team.
• Problem Solving:
• Address any issues or discrepancies related to discount applications or ad campaigns with Zomato and Swiggy.
• Work with internal teams to resolve problems efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the restaurant, e-commerce, or digital marketing space.
• Prior experience working with Zomato, Swiggy, or other food delivery platforms is a plus.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients and platform representatives.
• Ability to convey complex information in a simple and clear manner.
• Attention to Detail:
• High attention to detail when tracking client approvals and ensuring accuracy in promotions.
• Time Management:
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Comfortable with digital marketing tools, reporting software, and communication platforms.
• Basic knowledge of social media advertising and e-commerce platforms.
• Team Player:
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and external platforms to drive success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cloud-based restaurant platforms or POS systems.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
