The Partner Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

•   Coordinate with Zomato & Swiggy POCs for smooth execution of ads and discount campaigns.
• Apply and manage restaurant discounts and advertisements on both platforms.
• Take client approvals before launching any campaign and keep clients updated.
• Suggest effective promotional strategies to improve visibility and sales.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Resolve campaign or discount-related issues with platforms and internal teams.

Skills Required

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the restaurant, e-commerce, or digital marketing space.
• Prior experience working with Zomato, Swiggy, or other food delivery platforms is a plus. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•  Strong understanding of the F&B industry.
•  Ability to analyse market trends.
•  Client handling and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
