Job Description
Manual Pattern Master
Location: Noida
Role Summary:
Responsible for manual pattern drafting based on designs, measurements, and samples. Ensures accurate fit, proper grading, and production feasibility while coordinating with design and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and grade patterns manually
- Conduct sample fittings and corrections
- Ensure measurement accuracy and garment fit
- Maintain pattern records/templates
- Support cutting and sampling teams
Requirements:
- Experience as Manual Pattern Master in garment/apparel industry
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabrics
- High attention to detail and technical accuracy
