Payroll Executive

Job Role:

Handle end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliances for employees across locations, ensuring accuracy and timely filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll and Full & Final settlements

• Independently manage PF, ESIC, TDS, Bonus & Gratuity compliances

• Generate PF ECR, ESIC challans, statutory returns

• Handle PF/ESIC notices, audits, and inspections

• Maintain payroll data in HRMS and prepare payroll MIS

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and statutory authorities

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll & labour laws

• Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, TDS

• Experience on Payroll/HRMS tools

• Good Excel and compliance tracking skills

Experience & Qualification:

• 2–3 years in payroll & compliance

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce/HR preferred)

• Healthcare or high-volume payroll experience is a plus
