PCB Designer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled PCB Designer to design, develop, and optimize printed circuit board (PCB) layouts for electronic products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hardware engineers to translate schematics into high-quality, manufacturable PCB designs while ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

• Design and develop multi-layer PCB layouts based on electrical schematics and design requirements
• Work closely with hardware engineers to understand circuit functionality and constraints
• Perform component placement, routing, stack-up design, and impedance control
• Ensure signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal considerations
• Generate and review Gerber files, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and BOM
• Coordinate with PCB manufacturers and assembly vendors for DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly)
• Conduct design reviews and implement feedback
• Maintain PCB libraries (symbols, footprints, 3D models)
• Troubleshoot layout-related issues during prototyping and production
• Ensure compliance with IPC standards and company quality guidelines
