Inviting applications for the role of Senior Process Associate, Talent Acquisition & Integration
This role includes oversight of operational delivery across job posting, interview coordination, offer processing, new hire database maintenance, and pre-joining engagement. You will act as a subject matter expert, ensure service level agreement adherence, and might lead a small team of analysts in delivering process excellence and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Screening candidates, including reviewing tool-based pre-recorded interviews
• Drafting job requisitions
• Offer letter management
• Recruitment funnel reporting
• L-1 query management
• Manage application questions and create master job templates.
• Collaborate with client to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
• Lead sourcing and screening extensively for high volume hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies leveraging job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting techniques to improve quality of delivery.
• Review and rank candidates post screening as per the defined criteria.
• Manage candidate disposition at various stages.
• Manage offer letters creation, extend offer letter and deliver declines.
• Manage general queries related to recruitment process.
• Must have knowledge about Australia and APAC recruitment
2. Onboarding Process Management:
• Issue pre-employment & onboarding tasks.
• Manage internal referrals.
• Ensure new hire setup completion on Human Resource Management System (e.g., Workday) and Day 1 readiness, including employee ID creation and system access.
• Ensure compliance with onboarding checklists, service level agreement, and documentation standards.
3. Stakeholder Management:
• Manage exceptions or high-priority cases (e.g., leadership hires, delayed cases, etc.) and follow through to resolution.
• Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring managers on updates or required actions.
4. Reporting & Process Excellence:
• Track recruitment and onboarding key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
o Knowledge on case management tools like servicenow and salesforce
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA good to have).
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in management role.
• Expertise in talent acquisition with major focus on sourcing, and screening.
• Proficient with global Applicant Tracking System / Human Resource Management Systems (UKG, Workday, Avature, or Taleo etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, filters, tracker management) and Outlook for daily operations.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work 5 days from office in ANZ shift hours.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Experience in UKG recruitment module, preferred.
• Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now, Zendesk, etc.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume hiring.
• Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring needs.
• Process-driven and possess strong analytical mindset.
