Performance Marketer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven and ROI-focused Performance Marketer responsible for generating qualified real estate leads across multiple digital platforms. The primary responsibility of this role is lead generation through paid and performance marketing channels, optimizing cost per lead, and ensuring consistent lead flow for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & execute paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Generate quality leads with optimized CPL
• Monitor campaign performance daily
• Manage ad budgets effectively
• A/B test ads, landing pages & creatives
• Set up tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, GTM – basic knowledge)
• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports

▪ Data & Reporting

• Track and improve:

• Cost Per Lead (CPL)
• Cost Per Booking (CPB)

• Conversion Rate

• ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

• Maintain proper tracking (Pixel, GA4, Conversion API)

• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports

• Align with sales team for lead quality feedback 

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years experience in performance marketing
• Experience in real estate lead generation preferred
• Strong knowledge of Meta & Google Ads Manager
• Understanding of CRM integration & lead tracking
• Knowledge of GTM, GA4, Pixels & conversion tracking
• Data-driven mindset with analytical ability
• Strong understanding of sales funnel psychology
