Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads) based in Dehradun. The responsibilities include managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns, conducting thorough market research, formulating and implementing effective marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and developing scalable campaigns to improve ROI.

The role also involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with the organization's broader objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to design and forecast high-impact campaigns
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and articulate campaign strategies
• Hands-on experience in Sales and Marketing with a focus on performance-driven approaches
• Proficiency in Meta Ads and digital advertising platforms for creating and optimizing campaigns
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a performance marketing role, preferably in D2C, is a plus
